In terms of potential, this character has nothing to envy even the Mad Titan Thanos

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is close to a new turning point: the last few years have been difficult and marked by several problems, not only at the box office but also due to the well-known events involving Jonathan Majors and his Kang the Conqueror. Fired after being convicted of violence (his ex-girlfriend has now dropped the defamation charges), his departure has pushed the Studios to look for a replacement. It was found in Robert Downey Jr. and his return as Doctor Doom, but perhaps there is another character who could perfectly take his place and who has already been introduced.
During the episodes of Agatha All Along we have in fact discovered the existence of some new characters in the MCU: one is Mephisto, but for once it is not on him that the theory focuses. Let's talk about Rio Vidal instead, a character played by Aubrey Plaza and who was actually discovered to be none other than Lady Death aka Death. Originally appearing in comics during the Golden Age thanks to The Human Torch #5, she continued to hover over Marvel heroes for decades and has now finally arrived on the small screen.
In the series starring Kathryn Hahn, we saw her having a love-death relationship with Agatha Harkness, but Death is famous in Marvel comics for also being the companion of Thanos, who tried several times to conquer the Universe to show her all his love. Curiously, however, she always rejected him in favor of... Deadpool! It's not the first time we've seen her in the MCU, actually: she appeared on the murals of Guardians of the Galaxy, then again as a statue in Thor: Love and Thunder. However, if you want, she could represent the perfect replacement for Kang the Conqueror.
Semi-omnipotent and immortal, she would be a huge challenge for the remaining Avengers and the new additions, bringing the scale of the conflict to a truly divine level, as attempted in Eternals. Whether she will still be part of the Marvel Universe is still to be seen: the ending of Agatha All Along leaves a glimmer of hope for a second season, but it is above all from Avengers: Secret Wars that fans expect great things. Will Lady Death have a new role? Will her powers be "contained" to make her a villain to face? Or will she simply remain in the background like Mephisto? Much will depend on what the Studios intend to do with Agatha and especially Wiccan.
