The second episode marks an important turning point in the plot when Vanessa receives a disturbing video from Arianna, a new friend who is in a relationship with her, in which a crucial moment is shown: Elena, forced to get into the car with her boyfriend Enrico, an episode that had not been considered previously. The scene, full of tension, suggests that something violent is happening between the two, highlighting the dangerousness of Enrico, who becomes the main suspect. Vanessa, therefore, launches into a personal and risky investigation, suspecting that the real culprit is Enrico, even though his cousin Giorgio is accused of murder and is in prison.

Meanwhile, Giorgio is experiencing an internal crisis. Convinced that he cannot defend himself from the accusations that seem to overwhelm him, and under pressure from his father Andrea, he decides to admit guilt, accepting a reduced sentence of ten years. Although Giorgio is innocent, his decision reflects the strength of family and social pressures. This twist highlights the complexity of family dynamics and the difficult relationship with justice, while the agent Chiara, convinced of Giorgio's guilt, interprets the facts through a social prejudice that paints him as a problematic young man.

The climax of the series occurs when Vanessa finally confronts Enrico. The confrontation between the two is tense and violent, with Vanessa managing to bring to light the dark secrets that marked the end of Elena's life. At this moment, Gianmarco, Vanessa's ex-boyfriend, intervenes and reveals that Enrico's obsession with Elena is evident to everyone, a detail that amplifies the tension of the confrontation. Vanessa, after the tragedy, also faces a difficult emotional journey. The meeting with Arianna could mark the beginning of a new chapter for the young woman, but it is clear that the wound left by Elena's death is deep. The epilogue of the series ends with karaoke, a symbol of a moment of celebration of life, but also of an intense reflection on the past and on the special bond that Vanessa had with Elena.
