The Marvel drama "Agatha All Along" is a new series perfect for Halloween, depicting the world of witches and magic. In the first episode, a mysterious boy (Teen) has his name sealed by magic called "sigil". Showrunner Jack Schaeffer has revealed the "correct answer" to this sigil's emblem. According to astrology researcher Ryuji Kagami, "sigil" actually exists as magic. You write your wishes, erase the overlapping alphabets, and combine the remaining letters to create an original emblem. By burning or burying this, your wishes will come true. For more details, see the special article below.
In "Agatha All Along," a mysterious boy called Teen is set to be sigiled. When he tries to say his name or talk about himself, a sigil emblem appears around his mouth and he cannot hear anything. In episode 6, "The Familiar," we'll find out who cast the sigil and how. "The sigil took a long time to design," Schafer told Deadline. The show's sigil was created by removing letters from the original string and stitching together what was left. "Then we added some decorations. The first one we designed was vertical. When we put it in his mouth, it became like an 'M' or a 'W'." It's an interesting coincidence that it ended up with a wavy shape to represent Wanda or Maximoff.
The following contains spoilers for episode 5 of "Agatha All Along."
Schafer says she "has a vague recollection" of what the original string of letters represented, but she does recall that it was "Billy Maximoff." "In the original script, he was supposed to figure it out himself, but it was too difficult and his name is too long, so we made it a little easier." His true identity is revealed in the film to be a boy named William Kaplan who was made by Wanda to be her son Billy in "WandaVision." There are only two episodes left of the drama "Agatha All Along." The last two episodes will be released all at once on October 31, 2024.
